Easy Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Original certificates, invoices, tags, and complimentary gifts must accompany the return.
- The jewellery must not show any signs of damage, alteration, resizing, or tampering.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Please allow 7–15 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
