By browsing, registering, or purchasing from Geet Diamonds, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

Products & Pricing

All products are described as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in colour, dimensions, weight, and finish may occur, as each piece is individually crafted and photographed under studio lighting.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices for gold and diamond jewellery are linked to prevailing metal and diamond rates and may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Orders & Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, and to cancel an order after it has been placed — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Where an order is cancelled by us after payment, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Geet Diamonds does not store your card or banking details. By making a payment, you confirm that the payment information provided is valid and belongs to you. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received and verified.

Made-to-Order & Customisation

Many of our pieces are made to order. Delivery timelines for such pieces are indicated on the product page and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Customised, engraved, personalised, or special-order items are produced specifically for you and are governed by our Return & Refund and Exchange policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of Geet Diamonds and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geet Diamonds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
